I was about to write a blog on Doraemon but I felt it would be more fun to write on my family getting QUARANTINED on 17th June 2020.

Well, my exams are getting started from tomorrow but I couldn't stop myself to write.

I was reading for my exams sincerely after a long time. In fact, I even decided not to touch devices but then this Quarantine thingy happened.

Suddenly Daddy received a call from the company he is working in saying "H. V. Modha speaking!? Mr. Modha, you are quarantined for 14 days." My dad was shocked as no one even went out for days and months. But then we got to know the actual reason behind this. 

A kid came to distribute chocolates on his birthday on 9th June 2020 and he came in direct contact with the Dr. who is found CORONA +VE. And the thing is I didn't even eat those chocolates. 

After a while, people from the admin office came and stuck the sticker on the door. 

They even didn't write the correct name instead of H. V. Modha they wrote S.V. Modha.

Well, to be honest, I laughed like anything when this happened as people started calling Maa and Daddy after they got this news as if they are giving condolensces to my parents on someone's death and some of them also congratulated them for being at home for these many days. 

Later, we got to know 5-6 families from our block got quarantined. Two of the uncles were talking from balcony to balcony who was quarantined; Oh! I literally enjoyed that scene. One of them was like "Arrey Bhai! main to 2 din se office hi nahi gaya khali fokat quarantine kar diya!".Those expressions were just awesome. You all missed that scene.

But due to this, I learned a lesson, after the quarantine gets over, not to even greet anyone if you cross people because you never know they can even give your name too if they get quarantined.

Apart from this, I would like to request you all please BE AT HOME and STAY SAFE. As you never know when you will be quarantined for no reason and also please do not take chocolates from anyone even if it's the one you like the most, you might face the same situation.

Oh! I really pray for that kid. May his report comes -ve.

2020 is a really disastrous year. Won't forget this ever. Well, feel great to be a part of the pandemic history. Kuch nahi Kiya to ye hi sahi.
