Khichdi
Hello all!
Welcome back to my blog after a long time!
Today, I am going to tell you the role of “KHICHDI” in our day to day life.
There are various types of khichdi - it is a food we eat, khichdi - the daily soap we binge-watched once in our life, and the khichadi (messed up thoughts) we all carry in our brain ;)
Now, talking about Khichdi as food, listening from mumma that today there will be khichdi in dinner, we as children start making faces or make an excuse that we aren’t hungry tonight :P. I like Khichdi, but not if I get to eat it daily. I don’t know who bought this food in this world. No doubt, it’s healthy to eat, but also whenever I eat khichdi, it feels like that is made for sick people and not for healthy people. That’s my perspective of seeing khichdi as food.
Coming on to the Khichdi, which was the daily soap we once binge-watched. Remembering it makes me remind of many hilarious things in the show.
The ‘Parekh parivaar’ is one of the craziest bunch of characters ever to be seen on Indian television. We binged on KHICHDI before we binged F.R.I.E.N.D.S. No matter how much we love Chandler, but when it comes to Praful, he tops the colloquial humor. The show created a new brand of humor.

Now let me make you relive those moments again through the conversation of Praful and Hansa. And here we go:
Hansa: Praful “confuse” matlab!?
Praful: Confuse Hansaaaa
Jab humare ghar mein light chali jaati hain to kudkud-kumar Babuji kya kehte hain?
Hansa: Ae bapuji toh kehte hain ki “lo fuse udd gaya, ab fuse theek kaun karega?” Kaun fuse theek karega...KAUN FUSE.....Achaaa Confuse... acha acha confuse...
Hansa: Praful, “automatically” matlab?
Praful: Hansa, main batata hoon... main... Jab auto mein koi ganji ladki baithi hoti hai toh usko kya bolte hain? Auto-mein-takli!!! Automatically.
Hansa: Achaaaa... Auto-mein-takli...”AUTOMATICALLY”!!
I am sure you all read in the same accent as Praful and Hansa did. Yeah! I can read minds sometimes ;)
Now, let me make you understand about the khichdi we all carry in our brain with us. People have lots of messed-up thoughts (khichdi) with them, and then that frustration leads to negative vibes and then ends up blaming their life. They should at least try to dissolve those thoughts or else share with near and dear ones to avoid the negative vibes around them. As a result, you will be a forever happy soul who liberates the positive vibes around them and spread happiness to people.
Even there was khichdi going on in my brain since three weeks, trying to figure out what to write, but then the nerves of my brain finally sparked and told me to write about Khichdi itself ;)-
