Boston and Beyond!
Hello readers,
It has been a while since I last wrote here, but today I wanted to share something close to my heart.
Almost 2 years ago, I moved from India to the U.S. with no idea what life would look like. Everything was new. A new classroom, a new home, new roommates, new friends, and new cuisines. Living away from family wasn't entirely new to me. I had been away from home since 2018. But Boston taught me something different. It taught me how to truly live on my own; it taught me patience, resilience, and consistent faith in the Universe.
Being the youngest in my family, I grew up surrounded by love and care. Yet every step of becoming independent was possible because my family and friends never stopped showing up for me. No matter the time difference, no matter how late it was back home, they were always there. I will always be grateful to them.
Now, as I prepare to move to another state, I do so with a heavy heart. Leaving Boston is not easy. Over the last 2 years, this city has slowly become the home I never realized until now. It welcomed me as I was, challenged me when I needed it, and helped me grow in ways I never expected.

I don't know when I will be back in Boston, but I know it will always hold a special place in my heart. It gave me friendships that will last a lifetime, memories I will carry forever, and countless lessons that shaped who I am today.
At the same time, I am excited for what comes next. A new state means new experiences, new people, and new opportunities to learn. As difficult as it is to say goodbye, I am looking forward to growing more, exploring more, and discovering parts of myself that are still waiting to be found.
Change is rarely comfortable. But sometimes, it takes us exactly where we need to go. It shows us strengths we didn't know we had and reminds us that we are capable of building a home wherever life takes us.
Thank you, Boston. You will always be a precious part of my story :))
