Who Moved My Cheese? Written By - DR. SPENCER JOHNSON

Today I would like to share about the book which I recently read - Who Moved My Cheese - Written by Dr Spencer Johnson. It's incredible! the way the book is written could not stop me to share my experience. So, here we go!

It's the humorous and fun tale of four characters who live in a maze and search out cheese to eat and cheer them up. Cheese reflects what you want in life, such as a fine job, a romantic relationship, money or property, health, or spiritual peace of mind. The maze is where you go to find what you're searching for, whether it's your job, family, or friends.

It is a simple tale that exposes deep truths about the transition in a simple way. The plot revolves around how each character reacts when their favourite cheese is snatched away due to an unforeseen "shift" in the situation.

Their response to the situation teaches us important lessons in how to cope with change so that we can live a life with less anxiety and more success especially in these Corona times.

This book is an attempt to introduce how to deal with “Change” in a lighthearted manner, and that is precisely what kept me turning the pages.

Sniff, Scurry, Hem, and Haw are four characters that reflect the basic and complicated aspects of ourselves. Sniff is a character who is always looking for better things. Someone who scurries into action is represented by the character Scurry.

The Hem is for someone who is afraid of change and refuses to accept it.

When he sees that change can lead to something better, Haw represents someone who learns to adapt over time.

Both of these personalities reside inside us.

Here are a few main takeaways that may assist you in creating your own personal change strategy given by Spencer Johnson very creatively

Who Moved My Cheese lessons

One of them finally succeeds in dealing with change and records his findings on the maze walls for you to discover.

I hope the above-mentioned points might help you people in some part of your life!

Be the change, accept the change and stay happy.
